Congratulations to Alexander Wallace who was the winner of the Waterford Viking half marathon today, replicating his success in the full marathon last year

A great weekend of running kicked off in Dunshaughlin Saturday night with the Michael Manning Memorial 10km. Always a super event, known for its fast course. First home for St. Coca’s and 5th overall was Kevin Kelly.

Alexander was our Viking hero in Waterford but not our only prize winner. Olivia Bermingham placed 3rd in age category in the half marathon, Kate Brilly 3rd in age category in the Marathon and 8th lady overall 

Our Waterford competitors and supporters certainly made the most of the weather and took to the sea in Dunmore East for a recovery dip. Great to see such team spirit in the club.
